Wella'a Blondorplex Cream Toners are the ideal choice for post-bleach toning, these neutralising toners deliver express pigments into the hair to tone quickly and effectively.  All five shades are pre-mixed with plex to ensure less damage and better hair recover post-bleaching. 

This product requires Wella Welloxon 1.9% Pastel Developer for use.
