Wella Blondor Seal & Care Shine Conditioner 500ml

Wella Blondor Seal & Care Shine Conditioner is the perfect post-bleach, pre-toning treatment for any lightening service. The formula is designed to neutralise unwanted tones, remove excess bleach and seal in moisture to produce shine. 

How to use:

Once Blondor bleach has been removed from hair, towel dry and apply Seal & Care generously. Comb through and allow to sit on hair for 5 to 10 mins. Rinse out with water thoroughly before applying a toner.
